I am a board-certified psychiatrist in private practice in Seattle. My focus is experiential dynamic therapy, specifically ISTDP (intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy) and CIMBS (complex integration of multiple brain systems.)  I provide medication management, as needed, in combination with at least once-weekly psychotherapy. I see adults, ages 18 and older. Additionally, I hold a clinical faculty appointment at the University of Washington and am actively involved in teaching psychiatry residents.
